Compassionate Comfort Care gets referrals from many sources: patients themselves, their family or friends, other healthcare providers such as physician offices, hospitals, nursing home, assisted living facilities, home health a the referred, friend other sources.
REFERRALS
When Compassionate Comfort Care receives the referral, we oontact the person interested in services to set up a time to meet with them and explain our services.
